New Lynn Three Residential Units

For these three residential new builds, we delivered a complete, end-to-end plumbing and drainage solution from the groundworks to final internal fit-out. The scope covered complex under slab plumbing and drainage, stack work, and the full internal and external plumbing. The project required careful planning of stages, to ensure that we could get access for machinery at the right times to complete stages in the correct order. Each house was equipped with a 3000L detention/retention tank, auto changeover pump setup and new hot water cylinders. One unit also required a new Fastflo pumping station for their sewer system.
