Commercial Projects
We love working on commercial projects. Being able to see things through from start to finish and see the end results is truly rewarding. We take great care in our work and pride ourselves on producing top quality workmanship and using high grade materials.
Our team have completed a wide variety of projects ranging from school bathroom upgrades and gyms, through to new town house developments. We have wide range of experience and aren’t afraid of a challenging scope.

Brand new children's daycare centre based in Orewa, Whangaparaoa. This project consisted of several kitchen areas and bathrooms for different age ranges requiring different fixtures and heights to meet standards.
Brand new town house development in Avondale, Auckland. Completing the under slab plumbing for all four blocks and entire plumbing fit out for Block 3, consisting of 8 two storey town houses.
A full refurbishment of the changing room block for the gymnasium. This included both the girls and boys sides, as well as a separate accessible bathroom room. All new fixtures were installed including push panel showers, toilets and basins.
Full upgrade of an existing 6 cubicle toilet block, staff bathroom and two separate smaller toilet blocks. This project consisted of several kitchen areas and bathrooms for a range of different ages requiring different fixtures and heights to meet standards.

We loved working on this gym fit out. It used to be a commercial retail space. We helped gut the inside and redo the whole layout to transform the space into a two story gym.
A nice bathroom and cloak bay upgrade for two sets of bathroom blocks. Each block contained a boys and girls side with all new fixtures installed.
Full gut and makeover for this commercial building. Multiple toilets, shower and kitchen area have all been upgraded.
The hall went through a complete upgrade with a new kitchen being incorporated and all new down pipes installed to finish off. ​
We were also able to complete a upgrade to an existing toilet block, as well as 4 kitchen updates.
A range of Auckland schools including cubicle blocks, urinals and accessible bathrooms.
