Takapuna Waterfront Property Renovation

This has been a grand project to be a part of so far. To date we have completed stage one of the renovation which included an upgrade of the ensuite bathroom, new hot water system and plant room. There was also drainage works to support the upgraded pool system and outdoor areas.

All plant room pipework was run in new stainless steel, installing two TBCL cylinders, a DAB Esykit twin pump system, buffer tanks and a tank top up system to ensure the cold water and hot water ring main could support the upgraded bathroom.

Stage two of the project is now underway which involves a full renovation of the remainder of the house interior. This includes four bathrooms, kitchen, gym area and entertainment room.
